Can’t Print from Outlook

If you find out that you can’t print from Outlook and can print from Word, Excel and Internet Explorer, it is possible that your Outlook profile has become corrupted or out of sync. To repair it, try and do the following.

* Navigate to the Control Panel
* Open the Mail Icon
* Create a new profile
* Launch the new profile
* Try and print the email

If the email prints, your issue is solved. You will need to add your Personal Folders to the new profile. I recommend leaving the corrupted profile intact (especially if you are from the IT Department) so that you are not blamed later on when an email is said to have gone missing by the Staff member.
