Error Messages with Roxio

Are you getting error messages with Roxio Creator DE 10.3 and need help fixing it? Hopefully, my tips will help you get it sorted out.

Suitable Drive
If you see a message about ‘a suitable drive was not detected’ while the Roxio program is open, close Roxio and open up Disk Management and see if your optical drive is listed. If your CD burner or DVD burner is listed in Disk Management, change the drive letter to Z: (or the last available drive letter) as a test and then reopen Roxio. If that changing the drive helps to get rid of the error message, close Roxio once again and make the optical drive in Disk Management the next available drive after C: (such a D: or E:) as it seems that making the optical drive letter that is lower than C: (aka the boot drive) causes issues with Roxio.
