Global WordPress Attack

Sipylus is currently experiencing a very high ticket volume due to the ongoing global WordPress attack that is affecting many of our customers that employ WordPress. We are supplementing staff to catch up, but you will likely receive higher than average response times as a result of this.

This is a global issue that is affecting all web hosting providers, resellers, and end users of WordPress, and is not unique to Sipylus. Unfortunately, we do not know when it will cease. The symptoms of this attack are a very slow backend on your WordPress site, or an inability to log in.

While we do have a solution for this for individual customers, we cannot apply this en masse as it has the potential to block our customers from their WordPress backend so please keep this in mind when submitting tickets. Thank you.
