Innovative Millennium

Tuesday, November 25, 2003 Articles, Tips Comments Off on Innovative Millennium

If you have visited or worked in a library, you are probably familiar with Innovative Millennium. The Innovative Millennium system is what the librarians utilize to check in and check out books, see how much you owe on a late book, and list more. Below are a few things that you should know.

Fatal Application Error
When you see a Fatal Application Error message, it is an indication that you have an old version that needs to be updated. Navigate to the Control Panel and check out the version. You will need to manually uninstall that version before installing the later version. This ensures that anything that would cause further issues are removed.

Printing Issues
If the Windows computer that has the Innovative Millennium software is installed on gets infected with malware, this will stop the Innovative Millennium program from printing. Two malware that I have encountered are OneUpdater by VOMPT Limited and SSOption by Deep Repeat Use. I found them in the Control Panel and had to remove them manually as Malwarebytes did not detect them at the time.
