Repair a Corrupted Windows Profile

If you are here, you might have an issue where you need to repair a corrupted Windows profile. For some reason or another, when a Windows local or network profile attempts to log in, the user will receive a message that the session is temporary and that if they log out, all their changes will be lost. Also, when you log into the account, the files on the desktop (and their current wallpaper) are not accessible.

The steps to recreate a network profile is similar to the steps to recreate a local profile so you should not have an issue to correct the issue.
