Save a Microsoft Outlook Email as a PDF File

Is it possible to save a Microsoft Outlook Email as a PDF File? That is absolutely possible. If your version of Microsoft Office is activated or trial period has not expired, try one of the following.

Print Function
1. Open the sent or incoming email
2. Click the File tab
3. Click Print
4. Select Microsoft Print to PDF
5. Click the Print button
6. Name the PDF
7. Click Save

Save Function
1. Open the sent or incoming email
2. Click the File tab
3. Click Save As
4. Choose a folder in the Folder pane
5. Choose a location in the folder
6. Type a name for the file in the File name box
7. Choose HTML from the Save as type list
8. Click Save
9. Open Word
10. Click File > Open
11. Select the HTML file
12. Click File > Save As
13. Choose PDF (. pdf)* from the file type drop-down
14. Click Save
