We apologize for the inconvenience. To keep your account, you should reply to this email immediately and enter the the following information:

Once hackers get into your account, they will make all incoming emails go to your deleted folder so that you do not see the mailer daemons and out of office replies so you will never know that someone got into your account so it is a good idea to check your deleted folder and sent folder often. If these appear fine, the next task is to check for email filters that redirects your mail to the deleted folder.
