Have you ever tried switching characters in Excel columns and found no way to do it? Well, it is a simple task and can be done within five (5) minutes depending on your current knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Excel 2010
1. Launch Microsoft Excel 2010.
2. Once it is ready, click on File in the Menu Bar.
3. Next, click on Options then scroll to Formatting.
4. Select or Deselect R1C1 checkbox then Save.

Once saved, you will notice the changes immediately in the columns.
