If you navigate to the following location in the registry, you should be able to see a list of Remote Desktop entries made on the system. The information there is helpful especially if the system has multiple login accounts that you do not have access to.
“HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client”
Under this key you should be able to view, edit or remove any entries.
