DualBootPRO in Windows 8

Are you having issues with DualBootPRO in Windows 8? Some users are experiencing issues installing DualBootPRO 1.1 on Windows 8. DualBootPRO does run on Windows 8 but you have to follow the steps below to get the program running successfully.

01. Download DBP and extract
02. Right-click on installer and go to properties then go to the compatibility tab
03. Under mode select ‘Run this program in..’ and choose Windows 7
04. Launch the installer
05. Once finished, launch DBP and Windows will display a Windows Feature window asking to install the .NET 3.5 framework (2.0 as well).
06. Once that is finished DBP will run with no problems.

I hope this helps to get DualBootPRO installed correctly in Windows 8.
