Boot Windows 7 on an Optiplex 9010

Here is a quick setup for those who need to boot Windows 7 on an Optiplex 9010 using a hard drive in LEGACY mode on a machine that was originally set for Windows 8 and UEFI from the factory. Please note that the first thing that you need to do is disable the Secure Boot feature. Once this is disabled, you can continue to Enable legacy Option ROMS and Legacy so you can adjust your boot options. When in the BIOS, be careful not to disturb the the Windows Boot Manager settings or you will cause yourself unnecessary headaches when you need to return to UEFI.
