en-GB.xml

Saturday, February 6, 2016 Articles, Tips Comments Off on en-GB.xml

What is the en-GB.xml file that people are searching for on your server? It is apart of the Content Management Systems I mentioned previously called Joomla.

The path to the file is /language/en-GB/en-GB.xml and will vary if you have Joomla in a subfolder or not. While scanning your server for weakness, other paths checked as well are listed below.
* /administrator/manifests/files/joomla.xml
* /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.xml

If you utilize Joomla, I encourage you to keep a closer eye on incoming requests, stay updated so that you can be sure that your visitors and server stay protected from exploits.
