I have never heard of a FedEx Post Office so this is definitely a scam so forward to your IT Department and then delete both copies.

Dear Customer,

Your item has arrived at the FedEx Post Office at December 14, but the courier was unable to deliver parcel to you.

Review the document that is attached to this e-mail!
