Referenced Account is Locked

Do you want to know how to avoid an “Referenced Account is Locked” error message? Well, you first need to know how it happens so that you can devise a way to prevent it.

The Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) is used on a server on your network that hosts your login credentials and rights. Whenever you attempt to log into a computer on the network, your username and password will be matched against what is stored. You or someone tried your credentials incorrectly to the number of times beyond the threshold limit, the account gets locked. To prevent the account from becoming locked do the following.

* Make sure that your Caps Lock is off.
