Disable Health Monitor

Does your attempts to disable health monitoring keep failing? Well, the only way I know of to fully disable health monitor is to remove it by deleting it’s rpm with the following command:
rpm -e –nodeps psa-health-monitor-11.0.9-cos6.build110120606.19.noarch
