Do you want you prevent yourself or your users from being annoyed? If so, you will want to disable auto updates in Microsoft Windows for the folowing programs.

* Adobe Flash
* Adobe Reader
* AMD Catalyst
* Oracle Java
* Microsoft Windows

For more auto update to disable, take a look at the installed programs located in the Control Panel. By seeking there, you will see programs that you will need to adjust or delete altogether.
