Importing Outlook Email Signatures

For users and technicians who are planning on importing Outlook email signatures in Windows Vista and newer Windows Operating Systems, you will need to go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\ and paste the Signature folder.

If you are logged in as the account that needs to have the signature imported, then the shortcut is to execute %APPDATA%\Microsoft\ in Windows Explorer as it will take you to the Microsoft folder so you upload the files. By using this tip, you will save time in creating an Outlook Signature from scratch again.
