Exporting Outlook Email Signatures

Friday, July 18, 2003 Articles, Tips Comments Off on Exporting Outlook Email Signatures

For users and technicians who are planning on exporting Outlook email signatures in Windows Vista and newer Windows Operating Systems, you will need to go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\ and copy the Signature folder.

If you are logged in as the account needs to have the signature exported, then the shortcut is to execute %APPDATA%\Microsoft\ in Windows Explorer as it will take you to the Microsoft folder so you download the files. By using this tip, you will save time in creating an Outlook Signature from scratch again.
