Did you know that there is an Apache vulnerability in 2.2 & 2.4? The report was made yesterday and you can verify your Apache version by doing the following.

# httpd -v
/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs$ httpd -v
Server version: Apache/2.2.15 (Unix)
Server built: May 13 2013 22:11:16

If you can not patch Apache yourself, you should contact your host for assistancee.
