Hackintosh a Dell Optiplex 790

Today, I will convert or Hackintosh a Dell Optiplex 790 into an iMac. The Dell Optiplex 790 has the perfect form factor to make it into a versatile HTPC (home theatre personal computer) to stream content via the Internet.

Dell Optiplex 790: macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6 (16G29)
00:00 – Configuration of Sierra 10.12.6 (16G29)
01:00 – Preparing the mechanical drive.
02:00 – Real-time report to see any errors.
02:30 – Issue (minor) occurred as expected.
04:00 – Memory is free and clear for the install.
05:00 – Installation of Sierra 10.12.6 (16G29)
06:00 – Installation is complete.
07:00 – Post Installation with 8 minutes testing and tweaking.
13:30 – Install Clover Boot Manager in the HDD’s ESP.
