Are you still searching for information on a Paper Misfeed: Internal/Output message? Hopefully, you have more than one device to utilize and can call the vendor in to take a look for you and have it solved within a business day. The issue is usually sensor-related so look over the device to see if any paper was torn and is blocking any sensors.
It can also be a mailing label (like from Avery) that peels off while the printer was getting warmer and came off at the wrong time. This is why I always recommend having two units and also doing your labels while your devices are cold.
