Spotting Online Shopping Scams

Here are some tips for spotting online shopping scams so you can have a safer shopping experience.

* Scammers may request your high dollar transactions to be broken down into smaller payments with each payment going to a different geopraphical location or person.

* The price of the goods you are interested in purchasing seems too good to be true which can indicate a used, stolen or knockoff item.

* The seller claims to have the new hot item that is sold out everywhere else.

* The images posted has watermarks unrelated to the seller or was taken from the manufactures website.
