Taking a Screenshot

If you are having trouble with your computer and is seeing error messages, taking a screenshot at the time the error is present is a great way for Technical Support to have your issue resolved quickly. Are you on your Android phone and not your computer? Not to worry as you can take a screenshot on Android devices as well.

Snipping Tool
One of the easiest ways of doing a screen grab is with the Snipping Tool. It saves you from cropping or chopping off content that you do not want to appear. A bonus is that you can interact with the mouse which can be helpful for those with a temporary or permanent motion disability.
