Did you know that you can look up your YouTube history? If you watched a video (while you were logged in) at home and need to reference to it at work, visit youtube.com/feed/history while you are logged in at work so that you can find the video.

Keep what I mentioned in mind if you share the account with a parent or spouse as they could end up seeing past content you watched which could embarrass you.
