Adjusting the Volume in Windows

Here is a quick and simple way to about in adjusting the volume in Windows.

Windows 10 and earlier
1. Click on the sound icon in the taskbar near clock.
2. Use the up/down arrow to increase/reduce the volume.
3. Hit ‘Esc’ when you’ve reached the desired volume.
If your mouse has a scroll wheel, you can use that too along with the TrackPad.

Windows 11 and later
1. Click on the sound icon in the taskbar near clock.
3. Use the left/right arrow to increase/reduce the volume.
3. Hit ‘Esc’ when you’ve reached the desired volume.
If your mouse has a scroll wheel, you can use that too along with the TrackPad.
