Have you ever tried switching characters in Excel columns and found no way to do it? Well, it is a simple task and can be done within five (5) minutes depending on your current knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Excel for Windows
1. Launch Microsoft Excel 2010.
2. Once it is ready, click on File in the Menu Bar.
3. Next, click on Options then scroll to Formulas.
4. Select or Deselect R1C1 checkbox then Save.
Once saved, you will notice the changes immediately in the columns. Save the Excel document to maintain the settings.
