HP Support Wizard

Sunday, May 11, 2003 Articles, News Comments Off on HP Support Wizard

Looking for the HP Support Wizard? A link to remember is www.hp.com/go/ispe. The HP Support Wizard is the entry point to HP’s guided support process that enables you to search online support solutions, Chat, Email and log a case for technical assistance.

Be sure to take full advantage before HP splits into two companies as the links can change to reflect their new business model.

Update: Registration is now required at HP.com after the split up of HP and acquisition of Samsung Electronics’ printer business. You’ll need to create one or two accounts depending on your needs. One is a Personal Account and the other is a Business account. Please see the HP Customer Support page for more details.

Business/IT accounts
* Managing contracts and warranties for your business
* Submitting and managing support cases

Personal accounts
* Save your personal devices and preferences
* Easy access to support resources
